A 15% deposit is required to ensure a place. The balance must be paid in full eight weeks prior to the start of the retreat. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed via Stripe and 100% safe and secure. Please note card payments incur a 2% processing fee.
Bank transfers are also accepted.
Guest Cancellations: Full refunds will be given for cancellations made eight weeks or more before the start of the retreat.
Refunds of 50% will be made for cancellations made between eight and six weeks of the start and 25% for
cancellations made six to four weeks before the start. No refunds will be offered for any cancellations made
within four weeks of the start of the retreat.
Cancellations by Us: Should it become necessary to cancel the retreat, full refunds will be given including deposit.
Covid-19 Cancellations: Any persons who must cancel due to contracting Covid-19 will have the opportunity to move their booking to a future retreat without penalty. If this is not possible a refund will be given. Please note: proof in the form of a verified test result will be required.
Date Changes and Postponements: Please contact us if you wish to postpone and join an alternative retreat at a later date. If this is possible, an admin fee will be applied.
Please note: The deposit and processing fee, if applicable, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund given unless otherwise stated. Notification of any cancellation must be made in writing.
The retreat will follow all guidelines as outlined and recommended by local authorities. All guests must comply to all, if any, restrictions and instructions that are in place. Tests upon or prior to arrival may be required.
Guests are asked to arrive by midday on Day One in order to join the day’s lessons. Activities will also take place on the final day but guests are free to leave at any time the retreat up until 5pm. Please contact us if you require further information on timings.
Additional Nights: Please contact us if you wish to book an additional night at the end of the retreat. Extra fees apply.
The retreat’s venue is served by excellent transport links. The closest station is Ludlow, approximately two miles away. We can arrange a pick-up at extra cost. For those arriving by car, free car parking is available. Average driving times and distances are as follows: from London (three hours, 155 miles), Manchester (2.5 hours, 115 miles), Birmingham (1hr 15 mins, 40 miles) and Cardiff (1hr 45mins, 80 miles).
The retreat is offered on a full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) basis. Allergies and dietary requirements must be disclosed in advance. Some drinks at certain meals (including wine at dinner) are included but others are payable at check-out. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the retreat.
